Export scenes and download any cloud takes you want to keep. Copies already saved on your devices are yours to manage; deleting your account won’t remove them.

Deletion covers your account profile, private scene library and cloud recordings. We may retain limited payment, request, fraud-prevention, and other records when required or permitted for legal obligations. We’ll explain any retained information when handling your request. See our privacy policy.

Go Again account deletion does not delete your separate third-party accounts.
