Using Go Again

Go Again is rehearsal and self-tape software operated by Benjamin Ross Horwitz, doing business as Go Again, in Los Angeles, California. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to agree to them legally, or use the service with a parent or guardian who can.

Keep your account secure and your account information accurate. Only upload scripts and recordings you have permission to use, and get any necessary permission from people you record. Confidential audition material may have its own restrictions on uploading, AI processing, or sharing.

You keep the rights you have in your content. You allow Go Again and the service providers needed for the features you choose to process that content to provide those features. This does not transfer ownership of your scripts or performances to Go Again. The privacy policy explains when content leaves your device.

Do not use Go Again to impersonate someone deceptively, infringe another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or create fake accounts and transactions to collect rewards.

Scene Mates · community rules

Go Again supports real actors and their work. AI features are optional tools, labelled where used; they do not replace the people in Scene Mates. Scene Mates calls connect real participants and do not use AI voices or transcription.

You must be 18 or older to join Scene Mates. Confirm your age truthfully, use an accurate profile, respect boundaries, and only share material you have permission to share. This community requirement does not add an 18+ restriction to the standalone rehearsal tools.

Your Go Again account includes a Scene Mates profile. Enter the name you go by when signing up. Profiles appear in actor search after age and rules confirmation, with “Let actors find me” on by default. You can opt out in Account or My profile anytime. Existing mates and private shares remain available when you hide your profile.

No harassment, threats, sexual solicitation, deceptive impersonation, discriminatory abuse, or sharing another person’s private audition material without permission. Do not request sexual or exploitative performances. You can block a member, report a problem, and end a call at any time. Profiles and ratings are not a background check or a guarantee of a participant’s identity, ability, or conduct.

Get both participants’ consent before recording. The built-in recorder captures your camera and both voices; your partner can also make a take after both of you agree. A partner may withdraw consent. Do not record secretly or share or reuse another actor’s performance, voice, or script beyond the permission they gave you. Calls are not sent to AI tools by this feature.

Free exchanges and paid reader bookings

Free exchanges have no booking payment. Paid readers set their hourly rate and provide the reading service directly to the booking actor. The selected session duration and total in US dollars are shown before a request and payment. Agree on the start time, reading expectations, and cancellation arrangements before accepting a request. A request alone is not a confirmed payment; a paid room opens only after payment is verified.

Go Again takes 0% platform commission on reader bookings. Stripe’s applicable processing fees are deducted from the reader’s payment, so the reader’s payout can be less than the listed booking price. Stripe onboarding, payment, payout timing, refunds, and disputes are subject to Stripe’s requirements. Readers manage their own Stripe account and remain responsible for their service, refunds, disputes, and applicable obligations.

Reader payments do not purchase a Go Again subscription or AI allowance and do not earn subscription referral rewards. If a reader cannot provide the agreed service, contact them to arrange a refund; readers can use the Scene Mates payment controls. For an unresolved problem, contact support with the session reference. Blocking someone does not erase payment records or waive anyone’s rights. Nothing here removes applicable consumer rights.

Ratings are limited to partners in completed sessions. Both participants must mark a session complete before ratings become available. Rate the service honestly; do not trade positive ratings or create false sessions. Go Again may restrict Scene Mates access to address abuse.

Plans and allowances

Current listed prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax and the total due are shown before you confirm a purchase. Check your account and checkout for the plan and allowances available to you.

The free sample has the limits listed above and no recurring charge. A script page means 3,000 characters; saved-scene storage rounds up per scene. AI conversion counts the PDF pages processed. PDF monthly allowances use UTC calendar months. Replaying prepared AI clips does not use additional generation allowance.

The first 100 Go Again accounts, including accounts created before this offer, receive Plus free for now during beta. Normal Plus limits apply, including 20,000 shared AI voice units and 200 AI PDF pages per UTC calendar month. This offer does not include founding-member referral credits or promise lifetime membership. No card is required, and this offer will not automatically become a paid subscription when beta ends.

AI reader generation uses one allowance unit per character. Optional AI voice changing uses 1,000 units per minute of the marked input recording, rounded up per clip, with a 90-second limit per converted clip. Plus and founding members use their included allowance first. Founding-member referral credits can cover eligible overflow; ordinary members need sufficient included allowance. The cost is shown before you choose Convert this line. Replaying a saved converted clip does not use more allowance. Only transform your own voice or a recording you have the speaker’s permission to transform.

File-size, individual-request, storage, and service-budget limits also apply. Availability depends on your device, browser, and the services used by a feature. If an AI feature is paused or its budget is exhausted, you can still use available local options and previously prepared audio.

Designated founding beta members have free lifetime Plus membership, with included AI allowances and promotional referral credits as described below. Lifetime membership covers the membership fee; it does not mean unlimited generation or storage.

Monthly billing and cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it renews monthly at the price and renewal terms you approve at checkout unless you cancel. Stripe processes payments. Your confirmation and account show the subscription and available billing controls.

Use the subscription controls in My account to cancel future renewals when that option is available. If you cannot access it, request cancellation through support or email support@goagain.now from your account email.

Check the effective date and any remaining access shown in your Stripe cancellation confirmation. If support handles the change, we will confirm it. Sending a support request, deleting the app shortcut, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription.

A cancellation request and a refund request are separate. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how to ask about a charge. If a payment is refunded or disputed, paid access, referral savings, or AI credits may be adjusted; we will explain any billing change we make.

Referral rewards

Referrals are direct: a friend joins through your referral link, and qualifying verified payments determine rewards. There are no downstream recruitment commissions. Free signups, fake accounts, unsuccessful or sandbox payments, and self-referrals do not earn rewards.

Ordinary members · subscription savings

Each qualifying active paying friend can provide 10% off your subscription, up to 50% off in total. Your account shows earned and applied savings. Changes apply to future bills after Stripe confirms them. Ended paid periods, refunds, and disputes can remove a qualifying referral. Discounts are not cash payouts.

Founding beta members · AI credits

Founding members earn promotional AI credits worth 10% of each directly referred friend’s eligible, verified Go Again subscription payment in US dollars, including qualifying renewals. Founding status must be in place before the payment. The eligible amount is the discounted subscription payment before tax, reduced for refunds or other payment adjustments.

100 credits provide $1 of extra AI usage. After your included allowance, 1,000 additional AI reader characters cost 100 credits, one minute of AI voice changing costs 100 credits, and one additional AI PDF page costs 10 credits. These are Go Again redemption rates, not statements about the provider’s actual cost. Included allowances are used first; founding members’ included voice and PDF allowances reset by UTC calendar month.

Credits belong to the verified payment’s UTC calendar month. Unused positive credits expire at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month and do not roll over. A delayed payment notification does not extend that month’s expiry.

Refunds and disputes can reverse rewards, including after credits have been spent. A resulting negative adjustment can reduce future rewards. A request with an unconfirmed provider outcome may remain reserved while we investigate; contact support rather than repeatedly retrying it.

Promotional credits cannot be cashed out or transferred. They do not remove file limits, request limits, service pauses, or overall AI budgets. Your account records the rewards and adjustments available to you.

Your takes, AI results, and backups

Review converted scripts and generated speech before relying on them. AI can misread names, formatting, and dialogue. Cue detection and recording can also be affected by room noise, browser permissions, and device behavior. Test your setup before an important audition.

Save local takes before leaving or refreshing the page. They are temporary until you save them to your device. Cloud takes are saved only when the upload is confirmed. Keep your own copies of material you need; clearing browser storage or deleting library items can remove content.

Choosing Local for your video does not change how AI conversion, AI reader preparation, or browser dictation process content. See Privacy before using those features with confidential scripts.

Problems, changes, and account closure

Go Again is developing through beta, and features may change. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, rights violations, or unpaid charges. If you believe a restriction is a mistake or need your data, contact support.

You can request account closure at Delete account. Requests are reviewed; completion is confirmed separately. Download the scenes and takes you want to keep, and confirm cancellation of any active subscription.
